Draft Problems
DRAFT - force or pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the venting system which causes gases to flow up and out of the chimney and air to flow into the appliance. There are many forces that will effect the proper operation of your furnace, wood/pellet stove or fireplace. If you are having problems with the operation of your furnace or wood burning appliance, give us a call. Draft problems are best diagnosed by performing a Level 2 Inspection where we will thoroughly inspect the size and condition of your entire system.

Catalytic Combustor Replacement
A Catalyst Combustor is a material that accelerates a chemical process with out actually becoming part of that process. Combustors raise the efficiency of wood stoves and lower the particulate emissions. They also require additional maintenance by stove owner. Combustors have a limited lifetime expressed in number of hours. If your stove is not working like it once did, or your Catalytic Combustor is deteriorated, calls us for a replacement.

Refractory Panel Replacement
Are the refractory panels in your factory-built or zero-clearance fireplace cracked, broken or just become unsightly to look at? We can help, we will remove the old panels and cut to fit new panels and restore the look of you fireplace.

Cleanout doors
A cleanout is the opening usually located at the base of your chimney, for the purpose of removing creosote, ash, soot and other matter. If your door has rusted or fallen off call us to have it replaced.

Damper repair/replacement
The damper is the plate used to seal the fireplace from outside air when it is not in use. If your damper does not operate correctly, or if you are interested in replacing your energy-leaking throat damper with a new top-sealing, energy saving damper replacement give us a call.

Stove Gasket and Glass door replacement
Replace the sealing gasket located on your stoves door, and can even replace the ceramic glass if it becomes cracked.
